New Channel Report Dashboard
We have added a new Power BI dashboard, which allows you to see your booking by source. Quickly see how much revenue and commission you are paying to your third parties for your whole estate, or drill down to just one site with one click.
Instantly compare your channel performance against your website to track how many customers are booking directly and their value!

VAT 12.5% Period Freeze
On 1st April, the government increased VAT from 12.5% to 20% for accommodation, food and non-alcoholic drinks. The period in which it was 12.5% has been frozen in your PMS (to ensure accuracy after you have updated your hotel VAT in the PMS settings back to 20%). If you haven't updated your VAT to 20%, please do so ASAP.

Loke Loyalty Integration
We have recently integrated into Loke loyalty. Customers can now earn and redeem loyalty points or credit for their accommodation and F&B spend. This credit will automatically be posted on check out from your PMS to the Loke Loyalty platform.
Whether you are an existing Loke Loyalty customer, or you'd like to learn more about building a loyalty scheme that drives repeat business, get in touch.
Better Logging for Payment Gateway
We have recently added better logging for any payment gateway errors. We are alerted if cards are not set-up correctly, or if payments fail. All of this is now available in our newly created dashboard.
API - 'Booked At' Search Filter
We have added a new 'booked at' search filter in the booking and guest API allowing users to find bookings that were made at a specific point in time.

Products & Categories
We will be making it simpler to create and identify sales categories and products. This update consolidates extras, consumables and hirables into one new area named 'products'.

Check-in / out API endpoints
Check-in and out endpoints will be added to our open API. This will allow other software partners to perform the check in / out action without being logged into the PMS.
Moving a Product or Charge from one Customer's Bill to Another
On busy check out you want your front desk to perform this process quickly. This is why we are introducing a simple way to move a product or charge from one reservation bill to another.
